Naziba Mustabshira is a fourth-year International Relations student and a research intern at the Organization for Identity and Cultural Development (OICD), Japan. She also serves as a Research Intern at the Nepal Institute of International Cooperation and Engagement (NIICE). She is the co-founder and Editor-in-chief of DhakaThinks. Her work spans international relations, gender policy, and South Asian politics. She has published widely in both national and international outlets like the Business Standard across journals, opinion platforms, and analytical magazines.
